Another retiree-friendly community, it is peaceful and quiet while also offering a diverse range of housing options.
Priced from $600K to $1.5 million, this community has shown substantial change as reflected by the amount of new construction. In fact, there is a community called Bethesda Mews which has begun building 30 new single family homes.
Near an often-used park which features a tot lot, a soccer field, tennis and basketball courts, the neighborhood also has the YMCA Bethesda/Chevy Chase within its boundaries and a very popular Turkey Chase 10K every Thanksgiving weekend.
